Shipping Policy for Hardware Products
We currently deliver pan India locations, and we may choose to deliver to serviceable pin codes at our discretion. The company reserves the right to charge delivery fees in certain cases, and customers will be notified accordingly. Customers can track the delivery status after we share the tracking code.
- Hardware is delivered by third party logistics companies, and installed by company Service team.
- Customers are contacted and attempts are made for delivery. It is in the best interests of the Customer to avail of delivery in the first two attempts, as delivery to other Customers would have to take precedence if the first two delivery attempts are missed by the Customer.
- When delivering your order, the delivery team will wait for a maximum time period of 15 minutes at the delivery location. If no one is available to receive the order within this time frame, our delivery team reserve the right to proceed to the next delivery location on their route.
- In the event that the delivery cannot be completed, we will communicate a new date of delivery based on the availability of the next delivery slot. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes or issues that may impact the delivery of your order. Our goal is to provide a smooth and efficient delivery process for all of our customers, while ensuring that our delivery team are able to complete their deliveries on time and with minimal disruption.
